Machenair offer the complete mechanical service packages with all trades including air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, pipefitting being carried out in house. Whether the proposals is a traditional consultant pre-designed contract, a design and build scheme or a two stage tender working to agreed rates, Machenair has the skilled personnel to deliver your project on time and to a high quality.

Once the contract has been complete, the service does not stop there. Our dedicated maintenance team can look after the installation with long or short term service and maintenance contracts available.

Machenair are members of many industry accredited organisations, i.e. HVCA, BESCA, CHAS, SAFEcontractor, Construction, REFCOM and Gas Safe.

Our design team are BESCA approved leaving you safe in the knowledge that any installations which have been designed and installed by Machenair are energy efficient and comply with all current building regulations and legislation.
