Client Training

Machenair acknowledge that mechanical installations and the fuel used to run the mechanical systems form a large part of any companies overhead.

Machenair are aware that for a system to work efficiently and therefore reduce running costs, a control system, no matter how complex or user friendly to use, it is paramount in achieving energy savings.

Most projects have an element of client training at the handover stage of the contract, however we recognise that end users may not be familiar with control systems and there is a lot of information to take in when handling over a building.

Simplified laminated handouts will be given out at the handover of a contract. However from time to time people need reminding on how to use systems and need to know what the appropriate set points on a system are. Most questions can be answered over the telephone. However, with our nationwide coverage of service engineers there is usually someone in the area to go through the demonstration again.

Machenair also work in partnership with many of our clients and we regularly arrange technical seminars to keep our clients information and up to date with the ever developing innovations within our industry. Please check the news items on the website for details of forthcoming seminars.
