Project Management

Traditionally any major building contract has been project managed by a traditional “main contractor”.

Machenair recognise that the largest element of the cost in some projects is the mechanical/electrical services. With this in mind Machenair has been appointed as a “principle” contractor on a number of schemes, reducing the cost to the end user by not having to pay main contractor “on costs” for the mechanical services. This also works well as “traditional” builders sometimes do not know the full implications and time scales involved on complex mechanical installations, particularly when refurbishing existing buildings.

From initial design, programme, contract health and safety, procurement, site management, health and safety files to final account, Machenair have the in house capability to deal with your project from start to finish.

Machenair have our own quality control procedures and are currently working to ISO9001 registration in the near future.
